Explore Yourself

Understanding ourselves opens us to new possibilities and paves the way to loving and being loved.

Creating change is hard, and it’s completely normal to feel conflicted, overwhelmed, or stuck.

My practice is grounded in a social justice, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonial framework. We will work as a team to understand the systemic forces and lived experiences shaping your life, helping you build the self-trust you need to move forward.

Where we can begin

  • Life Transitions

Navigate periods of change with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.

  • Relationship Challenges

Explore relationship patterns, improve communication, and strengthen connection with yourself and others.

  • Stress, Anxiety & Depression
Learn tools to manage overwhelm, reduce stress, and find balance in daily life.

What We Can Work On Together

Individual Therapy

  • Identity Conflicts & Imposter Syndrome: Many of us carry around harsh, rigid beliefs about ourselves that simply aren’t true. If you are a high-achieving, first-generation adult struggling with perfectionism, emotional burnout, or feeling disconnected from your feelings, we will look at where those expectations came from so you can start seeing yourself as you truly are.

  • Navigating Family, Culture, & Dating: A large part of my practice involves working with immigrants, children of immigrants, and first-generation young women. We will focus on the delicate balance of discovering your true self and individuating while navigating complex familial relationships, dating in America, or navigating life as an unmarried and child-free woman.

  • Affirming Space for Marginalized Communities: I provide a deeply affirming, safe space for LGBTQ+ clientele and individuals from marginalized backgrounds navigating unique hardships, including queer Muslims sorting through complex intersections of faith, family, and self.

  • Life Transitions & Feeling Stuck: Whether you are an emerging adult trying to build your independence, or navigating a completely new chapter of life, transitions are disruptive. If life currently feels like a drag and you are craving a change, sessions will give you a place to slow down, pivot, and realign with what matters to you.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
  • Interracial, Multicultural, & Muslim Couples: Relationships take intentional effort, especially when blending different backgrounds, values, and family expectations. I create a secure space for partners to be completely honest about their fears and dreams, with specialized focus on multicultural pairings and Muslim couples navigating modern relationship dynamics.

  • Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM): I provide an open, deeply respectful, and non-judgmental space for partners navigating the unique communication patterns, emotional boundaries, and relational dynamics of non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
